"Waterford is the perfect place to raise a family."
Mostly middle class, business owners and retirees and semi retirees. It is the kind of neighborhood where every one knows each others names and the names of your children. High School sports dominate conversation instead of property values and the stock market. There is a great mix of people from all over the country, from California to Ohio and most of the North East states, NY,MD, NJ, MA etc., along with locals born and raised in South Carolina. Friendly is the best word to desribe it. And only ten minutes from the beach and all of Myrtle Beach's favorite tourist spots.
