Home price range in Near North Side, Chicago - What can I expect to pay at the top, low and mid range?

The Near North Side has insanely expensive housing, with options in the several million dollar range, even as high as $10 million for a view of the lake. There are some holes in the wall that come in closer to $1-200k, but those are few and far between. it's expensive to buy here.
