Is Near North Side in Chicago a good place to live for singles?

Not really. The Near North Side would be a lot of fun for singles, but it's pretty expensive, so unless you have a dynamite job or walk around with a Rolex on your arm, you probably can't afford it. I'm single, and I'd rather live in a little bit more cost efficient neighborhood and have extra spending cash.
