Michigan Ave has to be the most expensive street in the Near North Side. It might be worth it, but I can't say since I don't have endless cash to pay for it!

A few of the more expensive streets in Near North Side are: N. Wabash Ave., N. Michigan Ave., E.Superior St., E. Pearson St., and E. Chestnut St..
