How much per month will a 1 bedroom apartment in Near West Side, Chicago cost?

Probably 1500, but it will be a beautiful rehab'd loft with tons of space. Expect a lot of concrete modern design though. Be careful, the more towards the united center, the less safe the hood, and proximity to stores and transportation isn't great. Loved my apartment here, didn't love walking past a rehab center to get to the el, some pockets were unsafe. Also had to drive to grocery.

A 1 bedroom in the Near West Side is likely going to cost over $1200, but probably closer to $1500. At minimum.
