Does anyone know anything about these BDSM Dungeons

My girlfriend and I were talking about these BDSM Dungeons they have somewhere in the city. You know, like where the girls dress up business men like giant babies and flay them but they never have sex. Does anyone know anything about these? Kinda fascinating.
