Is parking a problem in NoHo, New York City?

Yes. It's a very popular and heavily walked / driven neighborhood. It's not impossible to find parking but it's definitely a headache. It's so easy to walk around there, I would advise not bringing a car. It'll take you longer to park than to actually get there.
