North Mies Van Der Rohe Way
"Quiet street that's full of charm"
North Mies Van Der Rohe Way is a short street, about two blocks long, that runs along Chicago's Museum of Contemporary art. The street is only about 2 blocks away from the heavily populated Michigan avenue, but it is a breath of fresh air with quiet and trees.
I would suggest sneaking off to North Mies Van Der Rohe Way during a day of shopping. Grab some take-out from the shopping district, and bringing your lunch over for a small picnic before hitting the museum.
