What are home prices like in North Park, Chicago at the lower, middle and top end of the market?

North Park is a nice area on the north side, with some fairly expensive homes. The lower end stuff runs around $150,000, and at the upper end you'll see places for over half a million. Nice places though.

The median sales price for homes in the North Park area of Chicago is $210K. You should see prices around $140K at the lower end. At the top end you should see prices at around $500K.
