"affordable older townhomes"

North Spruce Avenue looks like it is straight out of the 1960s. The houses and townhomes are from this era and have not been updated. Nothing really wrong with them, it is a quiet, safe neighborhood, but just in need of a little sprucing up. This street is also near a small park and a short drive to the 101.
