"Consider Orangeburg only if you..."
Orangeburg is a small town with great possibility but low motivation for change. It has two colleges there which is the only source of diversity and culture. This town has the beautiful Edisto River and Gardens. There is little industry, art, culture, diversity, shopping, dining, entertainment. The downtown lacks good quality stores. The local mall does not have quality stores....I would love to see loft spaces in the downtown abandon buildings, quality locally owned businesses.
