"Higher income area with very nice golf courses, and spectacular mountain views. Sign restriction keep bulky commercial signage minimized. The newer hospital and higher tech industrial park are a bonus. A must see if looking at the Tucson area for relocation or retiring."

Oro Valley is what Scottsdale is to Phoenix and Beverly Hills is to Los Angeles.
