"Definitely the suburbs, close and far from everything at the same time"
This is a very close knit street where the neighbors know each other and children play together. The housing prices are affordable and the neighborhood is well maintained. The houses are located close together and have very small backyards so children often play in the roads and front yards. Many families choose to hang out in their front yards because of the small yards. Many hispanic families live in this neighborhood.
Only a small shopping center and a Walgreens are located nearby. Most everything else you will ever need to look for can be found traveling 30 minutes in any direction.
Traffic is horendous in this part of Orlando because there are only a few main roads that travel through a well populated residential area that is continueing to experience new development.
