"location is great"
I lived off of park place drive for a few years with my parents. There are many side streets with a lot of houses with friendly people. Only a short walk down the road is a large park, which has some great basketball courts, clean bathrooms, nature trail, etc. Also, this street is just a block away from the community college. it is out of the way for most traffic, and there are some woods, so deer and other animals are a common siting around the area. as far as cell phone reception, i have sprint and it sucks.
