"A small area of apartments and condos off of the busy Parker Road"
Park Villas is an area just off of Parker Road which is home to several apartment complexes and condominiums. Years ago I had a friend who lived in the apartments and they were new then and very nicely taken care of. When you drive by today it still looks as if they are really kept up. The only negative to living in this area is that it is off of Parker Road, which is always busy with traffic.
The schools in this area are really good as they are a part of the Cherry Creek School District, which is noted for excellence in both academics and sports.
While there are no restaurants or shopping within the borders, there are numerous stores, shops, restaurants and fast food places just south on Parker Road. There are big box stores such as WalMart and Home Depot, and many little stores as well.
The neighborhood is directly across from Cherry Creek State Park, which has numerous things to do. There's swimming, nature walks, bicycling, horse back riding, and more. The entrance is only about a mile away from Park Villas.
Overall, this would be a good area for singles or young families looking to rent before they buy.
