Average cost of 2 br condo?

It really depends on where you are and what kind of amenities you're looking for. What's your budget? Which areas do you want to stick to? I can point to two gorgeous doorman/elevator buildings in Wynnefield with parking, pools, and all the bells and whistles that offer 2 br's in the very low 100's - but those same condos in Center City would start at $300k for comparable amenities.
