What's the best gym in Pawling for single ladies?

Based on what I've seen and the reviews I've read, there's a place in Pawling called Fit Studio that seems more appropriate for ladies. Some seem like the kinds of gyms where you'd have a lot of serious weightlifters and find more quote-unquote meatheads, so this one seems OK in comparison. Oh, and there's also apparently a Curves to the north in Dover.
