What's the nearest zoo to Pawling? How far?

There are two, both about an hour an a half away. There's the Beardsley Zoo, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and the Bronx Zoo, in New York City. The Bronx Zoo can be reached a little more easily because it's Metro-North accessible, and they have packages which combine the train and zoo admission. You can board at Pawling and exit at Fordham. The Beardsley Zoo is appealing because it's smaller than the Bronx Zoo and a little less overwhelming, in my opinion.
