Phelps St, Bayview

This street is a small street that runs off of Bayshore Blvd. It is a mostly residential. It is not a very busy street, but it isn’t deserted. It is close to many businesses and stores on San Bruno Ave. There is anything from a Hawaiian BBQ restaurant to a barbershop. There is access to many muni buses from here like the 9, 29, and 54. It is also close to a Caltrain Station. It is very close to Silver Terrace Playground. This park has been recently renovated and is very modern. This street would be an alright place to live.
