If you had to pick only one place in Philadelphia

So, the rules are that you have to pick one establishment in Philly to go to. You could go to it as often or as little as you like but it's the only place in Philly you could go to for the rest of your life and all the flaws and downsides of your choice still exist. I'm thinking it should be a place you could hang out and eat.
