Most Affordable Neighborhood?

Hi. I'm moving to Philly from California. I need an affordable studio or hopefully 1 BR with easy access to public transit. Of course safety is an issue. Any suggestions?

You should have no problem finding a safe, affordable and cute place in S philly. Bella Vista is a cute neighborhood. Good luck!
