Where is a good place to go boating?

Boat house row on Kelly Drive is used by most of the regatta teams. As far as taking a boat, there is the ferry at Penn's Landing that takes you across to the aquarium in Camden. And not to mention the Ride The Duck Tour that drives through the city and then turns into a boat and rides along the Delaware. All 3 are pretty cool.
