I HAVE A PRESCRIPTION DATED FOR 26TH SO I ASKED IF I COULD DROP IT OFF TONIGHT THE 25TH AND PICK IT UP AFTER MIDNIGHT WHICH WOULD OFFICIALLY BE ON THE 26TH AND THE SO CALLED "PHARMACIST" SAID NO I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MIDNIGHT AND THEN DROP IT OFF. I WAS LIKE "OKAY, FAIR ENOUGH."

THEN SHE ASKED IF I PLAN ON USING INSURANCE TO COVER THE COST AND I SAID YES. THEN SHE SAID,
"IF YOU PLAN ON USING YOUR INSURANCE TO PAY, YOU HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL 6:30AM ON THE 26TH TO PICK IT UP OR THEY WILL NOT COVER THE COST."

THE WOMAN DIDN'T KNOW MY NAME, WHAT PRESCRIPTION I HAD AND SHE HAD NO CLUE WHAT INSURANCE I EVEN HAD! I CALLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IS NONSENSE AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT LADY WAS TALKING ABOUT.

WELL, I CALLED WALGREENS ON CUSTER IN PLANO BACK TO COMPLAIN SINCE SHE CAUGHT ME ON MY BAD DAY....SHE ANSWERS THE PHONE, I ASK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER, SHE SAYS, "ONE MOMENT PLEASE" AND KEPT ME ON HOLD!
WHEN THE HOLDING TIME EXPIRED AND BEGAN TO AUTOMATICALLY RING, SHE PICKED IT UP AND PLACED IT BACK ON HOLD 3 TIMES!!!! I SHOULD SHOW UP IN PERSON, BUT I DON'T WANT TO LOOK CRAZIER THAN I LOOK, RIGHT NOW TYPING THIS WHOLE STORY IN CAPS. LOL! HOWEVER, WHEN I AM CALM, THE NEXT DAY, I WILL BE SURE TO PLACE A PROFESSIONAL COMPLAINT TO THE IDIOT WHO ANSWERED THE WALGREEN'S PHARMACY PHONE.
