Are most of the decent restaurants near Fairview in the hamlet or other parts of Poughkeepsie?

There are a few decent restaurants in Fairview. One off the top of my head is Cosimo's, an Italian place. You've also got a pretty good Applebee's there and several pizza places, as you might expect near a college.

When you cross over into the City of Poughkeepsie next door, you'll find more. Crave Restaurant is one that's gotten really nice reviews, and a little further south of that, Shadows on the Hudson is a pretty popular restaurant.
