Are there any dog parks or at least dog-friendly parks in Spackenkill?

There aren't any dog parks in Spackenkill of which I'm aware. Spratt Park, part of which is in Spackenkill but the rest is in the City of Poughkeepsie, is somewhere where I've at least seen dogs in the past. I'm not sure if they were allowed to be there, but I have seen them.

There's another park down on Millbank Road here, and I don't know that one's status as far as dogs go.
