Are there any fun water parks or amusement parks in Fairview?

There are no amusement parks at all in Fairview. I don't think there are any in Poughkeepsie, water parks or amusement parks. The only one that comes to mind is in Fishkill called Splashdown (which, as you might gather from the name, is a water park). That'd probably be at least 20 minutes from here.
