Are there any good cafes in Fairview?

I'm pretty sure there's a Starbucks by Marist, so that's one. I've heard of a place called Dutch Treat Cafe right on the borderline of Fairview and the City of Poughkeepsie but I don't know much about it. Right outside Fairview there's another place called Cafe Bocca, which is more of a restaurant and not so much a coffee shop, but it does serve several types of coffee.
