Are there any great yearly events in Arlington? Festivals? Fairs? Contests?

There are definitely outdoor events going on in Arlington. I believe I've seen arts festivals here that basically shut down the roads running by Vassar College, and I'm fairly certain I've seen things like farmer's markets taking place around here. Most everything of that nature you'd see in Arlington would be at Vassar.
