Do a lot of newer homes in Poughkeepsie have 1st-floor master suites?

You'll find the majority of master bedroom suites on the 2nd floor in new homes. Most buyers seem to prefer the master bedroom on the 2nd floor in close proximity to the other bedrooms. First floor master bedrooms attract a smaller buyer's pool and therefore builders don't offer them as standard plans.
