Do you feel the recent growth of the Poughkeepsie area has been a net plus or minus?
The area has taken on a lot of new people over the years; there's been a lot of new housing development and a stark increase in roadway traffic, but also lots of businesses have grown locally and bigger ones have come to the region. Do you think it's all been good for the area, bad for the area, or mixed?
