I love mountain biking. Are there any biker-friendly trails in Red Oaks Mill?

I honestly cannot think of anywhere good for someone to bike in Red Oaks Mill. Many people ride down Vassar Road and Route 376, but you're riding on the shoulder of busy roads. I don't believe that there are any trails specifically for that purpose, either.

The Dutchess County Rail Trail is a biking path, and it would take you no more than 5 minutes to get there from Red Oaks Mill, even though it's not in Red Oaks Mill. That's probably your most realistic option.
