Is the drug use in Arlington high schools above or below average for Dutchess County?

I don't know that there's anywhere I can find those kinds of statistics, but I went to school in this area, and though I didn't do anything of the sort, I can tell you it does exist because most people knew it was going on, even without participating. It did not appear to me to be a serious problem, but then again I didn't get involved. I can't say if it's average or not average but about all I can say is that it does happen.
