Is there a Starbucks or Caribou Coffee in the city of Poughkeepsie? Local cafes?

Apparently, there are no Starbucks in the City of Poughkeepsie, which almost seems impossible to believe because there are several in the Town of Poughkeepsie. As for local cafes, there's a place called Blue Mountain (though I've heard it's now called Metro Brew) on Main Street near the train station.
