"A nice quiet neighbrhood"
This is a nice area. HEB, Walmart, Home Depot and more are nearby. Close bus stop for seniors needing the Medical Center which isn't far. A few homes are rentals but for the most part the renters are good. People are quiet and stick to themselves. A mix of ages but mostly 40's to retirees. People are in nursing & healthcare, management, small-medium business owners, etc. Families may not find close neighbors for their kids to play with. Kids shouldn't play in the street because main road traffic sometimes cuts through. Several nearby park options and a pool that you can join. Parking is mostly in your garage or driveway. A few people also park in the street but its fairly wide. Recently people have been upgrading and adding solar. The only bad section of road is the intersection of Evers and Wurzbach which may be fixed soon. They are working on Evers now.
