"Love living in Prospector Square"
OK....I live in this neighborhood and I love it. Everything from affordable condos to high end homes and everyone lives harmoniously together. The 30 mile Rail Trail starts in Prospector surrounded by mountain biking and hiking trails galore, the newly renovated Silver Mountain Health Club complete with two glorious swimming pools and an abundance of work out facilities and classes, several walk-to yummy eateries and even a couple parks. This is one of my most favorite neighborhoods in the entire city. Dogs? Just about everyone has a friendly dog (on leash of course) and kids walk to school, fall football games and of course takes the public bus to Main Street, the ski resorts or even to the junction for some serious shopping.
Prospector is one of the more established and affordable neighborhoods in Park City and offers single-family, multi-family and condominium properties, some with distinctly Victorian-era styling. Located within walking distance of Park City High School, Treasure Mountain Middle School and McPolin Elementary, Prospector also offers easy access to the Rail Trail, Park City's popular recreational trail for bikers, runners and walkers.
Any questions about Prospector? Drop me an email at [email protected]. I am a 25 year Parkite and I'm pretty confident I can answer all your questions about Park City or even the Prospector Square neighbor.
