Any good last minute ideas for where to take moms for Mother's Day in Pueblo?

La Renaissance - an upscale restaurant located in an old church - usually has Mother's Day banquets available. I'm not sure this would be a good last minute idea, since they usually require reservations for events like that. If your mother has a sweet tooth, Taffy's or the Sugar Shack, two local candy / ice cream shops, might be a great place to take her.
