Are there any good authentic Mexican restaurants in Pueblo?

If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, Pueblo is definitely the place to be. Papa Jose's is one of my personal favorites; it's located downtown, just off Union. El Nopal is another good one. They have one location on Evans St. and another shop on the river walk.
