Are there any organic stores or restaurants in Pueblo?

The only organic store I know of is the Natural Grocers, off of 29th street. Several coffee shops (such as the Daily Grind and Solar Roast) have organic, vegetarian and vegan options on their menus as well. There are also quite a few restaurants (Shamrock Brewing Co. is the first that comes to mind) that rely solely on local farms and ranches for their meat products.
