Rosario's on the Riverwalk is a great one! Not so upscale as to be out of your price range, but definitely classier than your average Italian restaurant. Steak dinners, salmon, pasta, salads, and fantastic pizza, all for a pretty reasonable price, but with the added benefit of a river walk view and nice ambience.
