What's the average rent for a 2 bed/2 bath in Pueblo?

It depends on whether you're looking for an apartment / condo or a home. Some of the nicer 2 bed / 2 bath apartments go for about $800-$900 a month. Right now in Pueblo, real estate is often cheaper than apartment living; for example, I noticed a nice 2 bed / 2 bath home for $55,000 off of Evans (south side, near the downtown district). Most houses this cheap are located south of downtown, which is the older part of the neighborhood. Houses in the newer developments are usually between $100,000 and $180,000.
