What's the best restaurant near I-25 and any exit in Pueblo?

Something good for travelers and right off the highway?

Miyake's is a great Japanese restaurant on the west side of town, just off the highway. East Coast Pizza and Manhattan's Pizza are both very good, family-owned Italian restaurants.
