is Massey Preserve a good area, are houses built well? Are schools good? How is the crime rate?

There is Massey Preserve - the builder is Beazer and Massey Preserve South where the homes are a higher price point than the Beazer homes in Massey Preserve. The builder for Massey Preserve South is H&H Homes. You can check school assignments on www.wcpss.net and type in a property address and you will get the assigned school.
