"A busy area along Havana"
Rangeview is an area made up of businesses and apartment complexes on a busy section of Havana Street. The apartments here are very reasonably priced, most likely due to the busy area it's located in with few parks and no greenery nearby. There aren't even any good views from here. The street is always busy and it's a noisy area which I think would be hard to live in. The long row of apartments don't have balconies and have very small windows in a plain, brick, rectangular building.
There are numerous businesses around here such as a row of car dealerships, a SuperTarget, numerous fast food places, auto repair shops, etc. As a matter of fact, I had completely forgotten about the apartments here because I don't think of this as a residential area. It's filled with businesses and traffic.
I wouldn't consider this a very safe part of town, and it lacks charm or anything special about it really. Other than cheap rent, I don't think Rangeview has much to offer anyone, unless you're looking for a new car or need to head to Target.
