Does the Town of Red Hook place any restrictions on pet ownership?

Dogs have to be licensed, which requires that you pay a fee and show proof of rabies vaccine. If you want horses or farm animals in your back yard, you'd have to make sure you have enough land and that your area is zoned for it. I couldn't find any rules on the books as far as exotic animals, I'm sure it just depends on what kind of animal you have and whether or not it's a threat to the neighbors.
