I'm looking to move in the next month to the lower part of Redwood Heights. Is it safe?

I'm looking to move to Redwood Heights, But it's close to MacArther. Bad idea? I'm not sure how I feel living next to so many motels and old apartments and looks like section 8. Is it safe for a younger Lady? I hear it's pretty good.

Near the 7-11? On MacArthur it's a little seedy but as you go up the hill it gets better, everyone naturally stumbles down...

If you go 2-3 blocks away up from MacArthur it's fine.
