"Lower Living Costs"
Rice is a small community north of St Cloud on Highway 10. Much of it's appeal is that it still has that small town feel - neighbors get to know each other. Many newer housing areas sprang up with the building boom of the mid-2000's. Cost of housing is lower than average in Rice and the city is part of the respected Sauk Rapids - Rice school district. A 20 minute drive to St Cloud and an hour south of Brainerd/Baxter area.

"Small Country Atmosphere"
The City of Rice is located approximately 85 miles north of Minneapolis and 15 miles north of St. Cloud right off Hwy 10 in Benton County. Rice covers approx. 6.1 square miles and the Mississippi River flows directly to the West of the City. The City of Rice is a good place to visit or a great place to live.
