"richland hills"

Ive been living here for 10 yrs and am now moving. The city management of this city is not only abusive but borderline illegal. Cost for sewage and mismanagement have ruined this once nice place to live. Anyone who can afford to move is moving out as the rental properties increase. Crime rates are going up and the police force is down right dangerous shooting before asking questions. Avoid moving here it used to be a nice place to live.
