Is the public transportation from Riverdale in Chicago ok?

I would not take the public transport in Riverdale. It's a dangerous part of the city, and many bad elements ride the buses around here.

You'll have access to some public transportation, but Riverdale isn't the greatest in the city. You can take buses that will connect you with trains and Metra lines, so you do have some options here.
