Rudden Ave, Mission Terrace

Rudden is a small street in the Mission Terrace area. It is a residential street. It is only one block long. It is usually pretty quiet and not busy at all. It is a very safe street. This street is very close to Balboa Park. This park is very big, with tennis courts, baseball fields, a swimming pool, and a soccer field. The only thing missing is a good basketball court. This street is close to a few stores and restaurants on San Jose Ave. It is also close to many stores on Ocean Ave. There is access to many muni lines like the 26, J, or 49. Overall, this street would be a pretty good place to live at.
