Rye is right next to Port Chester, where you have MacDonalds, Burger King, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Subway, and Carvel ice cream.

Le Pan Quotidien has a great quinoa salad and lots of other goodies. I also love the Patisserie Salzberg. I had a delicious roasted vegetable salad there today. Their pastries a and cakes are also exceptional.

June and Ho is an excellent place for a quick lunch - tasty salads and sandwiches, great take-out, too.

Some good places for a quick bite in Rye would be Cosi where you can chomp down a delicious sandwich in no time at all, Subway with all the quick-fix relatively fresh fare, and Sunrise Pizza which has some pretty terrific pizza and a really good chicken parm. And then, of course, there is a Starbucks if you want to wait a few minutes for them to press one of their tasty paninis.

For the health conscious, try Andy's Pure Food....they have great soups, tons of salad options, and fresh juices and healthy blended "smoothie" drinks.

Awh Shucks! You can also have a quick bite at the Oyster Bar (officially Ruby's Oyster Bar and Bistro - 914.921.4166 ... in and out in 30 minutes with oysters (a vast array of choices) and a nice salad.. Great atmosphere.. and they have a nice lunch trade but efficient.

Another great place in Rye that serves up breakfast and lunch options for a relatively low fare is Doc Side Deli. Their small seating area and personalized service provides a quaint homey ambiance for consumers as they reveive high quality food within a short wait time.
